I’m new to the Drop shot game so the 1st bait I thought was a winner is Scented Stealth Minnow 2.75" Green Pumpkin blue fleck, I used this bait from New Mexico ,Colorado and Kansas Resv Lake ,Texas,Dirty River system

Awesome small minnow. Great when the forage is small. Caught a lot of fish on Table Rock this year and the size made a big difference. The minnow is pretty durable and holds up to multiple fish catches. I paired it with the tungsten head and the 1/0 hook.
